Our approach is to invest in communities and partnerships, because we believe that we can have a better chance of success if we work together. The majority of our funds go to County-Wide Services which include: Newborn Home Visiting, Early Childhood Health & Saftey, Family Strengthening, and Early Care & Education. We also contribute to the THRIVE Community Collaboratives which include: THRIVE Carpinteria, THRIVE Isla Vista, THRIVE Guadalupe, THRIVE Santa Maria, and THRIVE Westside. We are also active partners in two statewide Initiatives.
- The Children's Health Initiative aims to provide universal health care coverage to all children.
- The CARES (Comprehensive Approaches to Raising Education Standards) Initiative provides stipends for early care and education professionals who continue their professional growth.
